I still strongly disagree.
If a major (with deep pockets) took out CJ & NM's 20%, BMN are still 80% J/V partners, except now its with a major. Whatever they paid for their 20%, will see BMN share price immediately go stright to that figure, be it $2, $3, or $4.
But all this is moot .. IMO. it will never happen anyway!!
I cant say this strong enough! CJ & NM will sell their 20% back to BMN before any buyer takes it. Their interests are currentlt tied stronly to BMN, and any approach by another party will see BMN aware of it, and swoop first to block a takeover ... unless its friendly.
BFS is not far away & CJ & NM will need to make a decision by years end. Expect fireworks by the.
