grizzly, Well I must admit I don't know enough about this scenario to have a definate opinion on how it can pan out.
Your interesting version is well noted & IMO also between the PFS (june/july) and the final BFS (dec/jan)will be expressions of interest from predators.
Are you attending the special meeting on april 16th.?
