Sorry RBRiddick, a "dumping"? It has been a largely static day on the market - and indeed aside from the minor sale at 17.5 at close ...:

1. the VWAP for the day was .1829 - so not far under the recent high of .195;

2. the one week range is .16 to .195, so I am not sure where "up half a cent in a week" comes from;

3. the rise was from .11 to .195 in four weeks, so that is pretty significant (I shall avoid the emotive excited) for a small/medium cap (approx $175 million).

This all overlooks the significant fundamentals in the context of predicted improved sector outlook for 2013, the one year range which topped at .45.5 and the significant researves updates in the last month.
