well its back to $2.04, after going up to $2.19 at one stage, thought id missed the boat to buy more, with the market looking very shaky, I think under $2 would be the buy of the decade.
only thing that concerns me is that its a new company and management are yet to prove themselves capable under tough economic conditions ie. high vacancy market, if it happens, what will management do? cut costs? sell some property??
that's the big question.
