Numis, you can't fight the trend, the trend is your friend. Had metals, particularly copper, been up, we would probably have been further up.
The market is probably polarised between those once again anxious to jump into financials, and those who believe financials are still a risk and seeking the security of resources.
At the moment, the tide is rising (it could go out tomorrow, granted), and it's floating all boats in the water.
