I don't think there is a barrier to entry, nor do I think the technology is that complex. The point that I was making was that Ericsson's requirements were not met by NTC's standard LTE equipment so NTC will have to custom build the equipment. If you agree on this point then a contract would have to transpire.

As for the numbers, I am not overly concerned. The Ericsson/NBN deal will make an excellent LTE reference site for NTC.
