How did you calculate the $0.27? Given that they must be cash negative, the valuation must be based on the risk adjusted value of their prospects. I have yet to see any data on the risks associated with each prospect. Using the standard one for Bass Strait does not work as they BHP-Esso were very successful during the early drilling phase and much less so later on as fields became harder to find. The low one would therefore be the best.
