How much are they allowed to raise in total through the SPP? (can anyone quantify that or is it simply $5000 x no. of shareholders? who knows the number of shareholders?)

If, for example, 2,000 shareholders take up $5000 each = $10,000,000 - so there is your $12m in total?

I hope all you loud HC people are also making noise in the REAL WORLD too i.e. letting your company know your displeasure about the size of the potential full placement ie massive dilution....?
