re: malfunction yes, but now they have the means to dewater you, so you'd be right... I think! They're cheap enough to take a small plunge (my kind of thinking now) and if you go under you say, "eh what the 'ell, we'll right it off as a tax dodge, I mean, tax loss!" see? easy! :)
