I do agree with this comment in part - however selling shouldn't be looked at negatively. Those who held during the GFC at the peak of Oct 07 are in fact in the green now but it took almost 12 years. Sometimes being patient doesn't necessarily have it's advantages.
Those with sizeable holdings can build a substantial wealth difference trading well - food for thought.
