Before you asked these questions did you check to see what assets the current creditors hold as security on the debt? I think you will find if your option 1 occurred there would be nothing left for the current shareholder to own except debt, as everything else would be owned by the creditors! Which basically negates option 3 and leaves option 2 for as long as the Creditors are willing to carry the company.
