UPS is Pfizer's main transport and they use dry ice. Each Pfizer location requires around 40 pounds of dry ice a day. Dry ice is $1-3/Lb. Dry ice will sublimate at a rate of 1% per hour in a typical insulated container. 100Lbs of frozen food requires up to 100Lbs of dry ice to keep it at temperature for 2 days. If Renergen can keep vaccines at stable temperature for 30 days at a cost of $3 per dose this is revolutionary. I know a little about this area.
