The Chinese could be getting desperate for helium supply certainty at the moment. Right now there are games with rare earths and China which has seen some spikes in Australian rare earths companies such as LYC hitting multi-year highs. Back in 2015 the US banned helium exports to China due to games back then with rare earths.
Don't forget also Renergen has a US OPIC loan.
The above just another reason to be bullish on RLT in my opinion
