when looking at an emerging producer some of my checkpoints are
Is their a good management team on board
Is there a reasonably accessible JORC resource
Are they producing
is there demand for the product at reasonable prices
have they an offtake/financing agreement with a reputable company on reasonable terms
Obviously they meet all of the above except for the last point are ticked.
If and when this is formalised I cannot see why this stock should at least 10 cents.
Any increase in Jorc resource and production, either by exploration results or purchase will put a further rocket under the price.
It is hard to put a figure on a price target, other than if they meet their stated target of 750 m/t by end of year I believe the stock cold be 25-35 cents and I am being conservative.
I am also talking my book and that is heavily weighted in favour of CCC.
