They want your shares, don't be tricked. It's a long way to .09 c (.001 levels after .10 c), so I don't think it will go down to placement value, thus a shakeout around these current levels to get your shares and then they get more at .09c. Just a theory I guess, but those orders at .115 to .135 on the sell side look dodge as well as the .099 & .10 on the buy.
