yeh well since awe's low it has over doubled where we are still close to our low so yeh catchup. with oil priced likely to go to $40 we sure are lagging and yep all it may take is some news.
These two or one lol seem to be feeling the market and it's stalemate - neither buyers or sellers, but more importantly no sellers, well not at these prices anyway. they'll prolly disappear :]
