I'll point out more clearly that I went to the Rutgers site. quoted data and posted a chart from them and a paper from their scientists that also looked at a broader number of measures relating to snow quantity
and which gave their view on changing snow with climate change
your own charts show a declining snow trend in spring and summer - spring, particularly as you'd expect. It's getting warmer earlier
the occurence of winter snow is not yet affected by warming temps, i.e. it hasn't got so hot for it not to snow in winter. But it's often snowing more when it snows, in winter, because of the increased water vapour in a warmer atmosphere.
but I just repeat and clarify, seeing as you have totally misunderstood
so, rutgers is just fine with me
and the rutgers chart and scientists explanation of the data makes total sense and is consistent with what scientists have been saying about climate change
