Most likely they have a very good case for a LOT of damages..I.E loss of a major asset that had to be sold in a fire sale to repay a debt that could of been paid more promptly should Besalco had their b's in gear. So could the amount of money owed to ADY exceed the amount quoted in recent ANN if that amount doesn't include damages?
