Fang all you have to do is read the notice of meeting. I have not said they will do a CR only that the board has provided a considerable amount of $$$ via free shares for the board/management to be paid for doing a CR.
Maybe you can explain something to me, why would the board and management seek SH approval to pay them to raise money for the company if they were not going to do it?
