Given the coking coal price its all good. i read another article in todays fin review that suggested we can look forward to more consolidation in the mid cap stocks that are exposed to the steel industry. ie, iron ore, coal and the likes of CSM are showing the way. I am a little surprised to see that the equity funds did not get into the mining industry over the last couple of years since its been the stand out sector with relatively small PE's compared to the industrial sector. riversdale is sitting on billions of tonnes of coal and it might look cheap by xmas. dyor.
