You are correct the last decent run was from 7c to 12c but at the 12c level we could not attract CR money so the SP was devalued to accomodate big end CR investment.
Since then the SP value has remained at this pathetic level despite a hugely successful appraisal programme (but still no feed back) increased POO and market sentiment, Additional blocks with huge reserves possibilities next door, PE possibilities, AMI financial backing and farm in possibilities.
Seams to me that the big end of town are more of a hindrance than a help they are too busy accumulating at this level. Cath mentioned previously that they could do with more assistance from the big end of town.
The SP at this level it is just a joke when you factor in what's been achieved over the past year !
