Bluetooth,
11-12c is pretty conservative if and when the company confirms close to expected production. The strategic alliance buyin was equivalent to 21c, and 15-20 was where the company was trading at before the delays (admittedly the pog was expected to be higher then but also that was based on expected production and not confirmed production). Conservatism is the name of the game right now though so I'd take a move to 11-12 as a positive step in the right directions. Still, as ever, we wait to see.
