Looks like BYL might win some higher margin work

Only speculation from my point but I think Troy buswell will give BYL a competitive advantage in tendering work. One would assume he has seen the vast majority of government tenders and knows exactly where the competition sit. He would also have the inside news on what work is coming up and where. Conversely, it is hard to make money when you have too many overheads.
