jery, going on previous rates it has to be the 3 lowest trading days(weighted) in previous 21 days.Thats why they pick a couple of slack trading days a month and fire away.When someone fires back .....as they did yesterday,they seal the lower rate for the next month by throwing in a few solid trades. This mob has form for this sort of behavior.This formula only works in the interest of listed companies if the share price is rising....something we anticipate will happen soon
