Every few years the mkt catches a 'fever.' We've had Ni fever in late 1960s(Posieden), Oil in 1974, Base metals 2004-2007,Uranium 2008. 2009 it's def 'Lithium fever'. Thing is... demand for Li is growing fast and manufacturers of Lithium batteries for everything from cordless drills, laptops through to electric cars and even huge Li batteries to store power for the grid.... are terrified they won't be able to get lithium metal to make these new products. How long can the fever last??Impossible to say but another few weeks is likely. Just be bloody careful.
