80000 at the front looks like directors are at it again - wonder why after spending a couple of million they just didn't do a sophisticated investment placement at $1 or something - unless they really do hold the other shareholders interests and non-dillution as part of there business plan objective and they really do think that they will generate enough cashflow without the need of a placement
