    i noticed discovery metal is in halt with what looks like a takeover bid. This is the company i have been thinking looks similar to AVB. I gather a bid will be higher than the current value, so that could be north of $800m.
    THIS MAKES AVB LOOK CHEAP - WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO A SIMILAR RESOURCE.
    THIS PROVES THE POINT ABOUT THIS SPACE.
