    I've also thought that DML was the natural comparison for AVB. AVB is about 2 years behind their schedule but look like having more minerals in the long run. Given a typical takeover premium I suspect DML market cap will be approaching $1 billion. Nice reminder for AVB's potential in 2 years time :)
