Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd lifted net profit 42 per cent to $380.83 million in the 12 months to June 30 from $268.21 million for the previous year.
Revenue was up 15.3 per cent to $2.92 billion from $2.53 billion.
Earnings per share were 57.55c, up from 40.55c.
Final dividend has been increased from 11c to 14c, fully franked, payable on October 15 to shareholders registered September 30.
