I wasn't aware of that. I assumed that whichever company bought out Eth then all assets including shares would be transferred across and we would be trading under a different asx code. I have 200,000 shares and really don't want to see this investment written off.

On an optimistic note, if half the creditors also have shares in Eth, well then I am of the opinion that they will come up with the best outcome which would also benefit them. I am sure they wouldn't want to see their investments also written off.
