    I don't think it's doomster mentality. There is no good reason for GWR holders to accept the inadequate FAS offer. You would be way behind by accepting the FAS offer and now after the Opes debacle there seems little chance FAS will succeed. How more accepances have there been?
    Who would trade $1.65 for $1.10?
