FAS needs to get its backyard in order and focus on staying afloat and progressing the projects that they have. Unfortunately for them their share price is cactus at a time they need to raise capital and they will have no choice but to sell GWR shares to keep funding their working capital. On the face of it the takeover is dead - but then again stranger things have happened before and lets not forget that they have the inside connections.
