I think its a bit much to expect us to pass these resolutions 6 & 7 without knowing what the interest rates will be. Also how many non execs do they want to put on the books at $550 grand a year? (the existing ones will of course be getting that rate once we approve it). Its like one step forward and two steps back in my book.
