Correct me if I'm wrong...
I read resoultion 6 and 7 to be an 'either or' propostion. Not a 30m options + 30m options.
Each resolution is on slightly different terms. One has a VWAP as an exercise price and the other uses 14cents as the exercise price.
The company will withdraw one of the resolutions prior to the meeting depending on the deal the strike.
