No... not by my reckoning, just the opposite actually.
Two of the best performing gold stocks in the past 1-2 yrs have been SLR and MML. SLR was down up to 16% yesterday and closed 6% lower. MML has taken its pasting today.
My guess is its nervousness about potential gold price weakness leading into US elections and the Federal Reserve QE announcement tomorrow night.
Maybe a major shareholder, someone like Sprott Asset Management (shareholder of both companies) has locked in some rather substantial profits.
