It's not that they are manipulating it deliberately or otherwise. THe volume is just not there to control this ship.

It is however, that HC Posters are the one's churning their holdings.

Nursery would you agree? You churn a lot and have done so successfully in fact to build up a substantial free carry holding. NOTE: Not a criticism....well done to you.

The operative word in stockmarket is MARKET. Buyers and Seller. It's an auction. The laws of supply and demand prevail. Always. The only way CER will post substantial gains in the short term is to restrict the supply. This will only happen if holders make a conscious choice to HOLD.

The other way is to increase demand in the long-term. This will happen when CER distributes a dividend and/or the underlying value of teh company improves.
