    It would seem that the buyers driving up the price are not mum and dads as the parcels are too large.. $150 -300k bids Expect the big end of town thinks this is still a bargain ...which would be a V.bullish Sign. IMO

    IT also appears we are close to totla capitulation on the Selle side for the moment at least
