Biofuel will not be a significant option. As grain prices soar in the next few years biofuel will be uneconomical and only kept alive in small amounts by political will (seen as a green option by some fools - but in fact the amount of energy and chemicals used to produce biofuel makes it a farce and worse than oil out of the ground.
