So as a shareholder and effectively Executive Chairman he is able to convert & structure his inside knowledge to his own personal benefit whilst in the background negotiating the sale of Votiro.
Lets hope the is some value attributed to SEN by the Market...
Not sure how confident I am in this playing out however over time MENLO should be a cash cow for SEN thereby delivering SP advance & potentially regular dividends thus rerating SEN well above today's Cap.
