I suspect Centocor (JnJ) have made a brilliant ploy, they can buy out PTD now at say $1.20 - $1.50 instead of perhaps $4, PTD holders will sell in their droves, then lo and behold on further analysis JnJ find that PTD's patent is valid after all, "pay up Abbott's, and thanks very much for the 1/3rd of Domantis we got cheaply".

A very sorry tale. All the smart arses will now tell us they could see it coming from the charts. Always easy after the event.

I reckon its a buy at <$1 for a daytrade (getting close now), but don't hold overnight lol.
