@daicosisgod; I'm not opposed to FAIR short-selling but similar rules need to apply therein as to other sharemarket operators - full transparency, live and up-to-date daily reporting of all short trades, full disclosure by large players, etc.
Please note that you appear to be unaware that for almost two years MND was more than 25% short-sold. Therein lies my concerns about predatory short-selling apparently aimed at forcing down a company's market value ahead of mergers / take-overs.
Disclosure: Over some twenty years of trading on the ASX several companies I've invested in have experienced similar activity before being bought out by overseas interests.
