    And then, after reading it again there is even the possibility of having been trading while insolvent and even "potential voidable transactions" let alone "potential preferential payments".

    That is what I understand from what the Liquidator is saying ....................... Dear oh me what next.!!!!!!

    We better start a countdown now and see how long it will take, IF EVER, for the Liquidator to complete his investigation and if ASIC will give them the money to do it. The money from ASIC, yep, that is another big hurdle to overcome IMO.

    In the meantime the poor old Mums and Dads investors which were screwed no end, will be walking away with the tail between their legs........................... and without a penny.

    I wonder what some of them, including the baseless rampers of course, are feeling now.

    I lost too but lucky for me only a small amount as I took notice of what some more knowledgeable posters were warning us fr what was to come. I still hold only about 500 shares in this dog with two dicks.....If he still has them (Both the balls and the two dicks), of course.

    Go figure.!!!
