Yesterday well before market open there was a sell order of 750k...

Yesterday well before market open there was a sell order of 750k shares placed at 1.5 cents below the previous close. Again today the same amount of shares again at 1.5 cents below previous close. This done on the market while there is very little buy orders seems to be a deliberate effort to drive away buyers before they get a chance to place there order. May be wrong but does look a bit like an attempt to drive down the market.
