Want to watch out who else is selling down arthur. Alan Newman for one. He sold 10% of his holding and he isn't known for selling low.

Tell me, the Chairman of FCL that is about to retire, Mr Bill Beischer, isn't he the guy that originally owned the company and recruited Newman to run it ? I just did a speed read of the FCL directors holdings in the 2002 annual report but, guess what, they aren't disclosed individually. There are 36 million shares held of which 7 million (were) AN's. Wonder who holds the rest, and whether they still do....
