A solution to booster hesitancy could be for the government to provide easier access. Booster stations could be rolled out in conjunction with EV charging stations given the looming demand for both services.
With boosters being required every month for maximum efficacy, I envisage a future whereby vaxxers have a permanent shunt lodged in the neck, like wacko Jacko did.
You could pull up to any 24 hour roadside booster self-serve station and plug in for a quick top up, and you're good to go! Sorted. Don't forget the receipt.
