Hi Uncle Panda, the US Defence are able to develop new products but they are not allowed to commercialise them.
The US Defence have and are still spending millions of dollars on FR Paint to which Alexium will have full commercial rights to.
Alexium is not focussing its resources on obtaining Defence contracts. It is anticipated that the US Defence will at some stage require Alexium FR and chemical resistant products to be the standard required for all future clothing contracts. This way, the existing manufacturers of the clothing products (5) will have to deal with Alexium.
Alexium's current resources and purpose of the cap raising is to develop non defence markets. This market is massive.
