Today's buying smells to me like the rights issue is on the way. How about 1:3 at 5 cents? That will give them about $2.5m, a big shortfall so that TTY can pick up control and to pay their ever increasing list of creditors no doubt.
They will need to have this finalised before 30 April as without it the March quarterly report on its cash position would be very embarassing to this stellar board.
Also getting this under way before the EGM might prevent some very sticky questions arising at the EGM on solvency at the same time as the hands are held out for another tranche of soft options.
Otherwise it could be another blood and guts general meeting.
