If you look at the different recommendation from the various brokering firms this has been a Buy (with the word spec before or after it ) this has been like this for the last 2 years or so , so no one appears to be in a rush to leap in at these often repeated prices .
Talking about recommendations we have not seen something from Peter Stracham for a while .
Also when factoring what value this sale will bring ,do not forget to account for the bonus's that will follow the odd slap on the back .
