I could not think of a quicker way of destroying value and momentum in this company than by having a senior management and Board rearrangement in the event of an independent Arrow.

The existing Board and management team built the company into a $3 billion plus enterprise that it is today. They are the people that are way and above the best group to take it forward in the event of an independent Arrow.

In the event of an independent Arrow you had better pray the existing management group stays together. I have seen too many good companies fail to take that next important step because of the changing of the guard.
