While the subject heading appears silly and more of a dubious ramp than anything else, the intradays, consolidation, demand, VWAPs etc in recent weeks imply that the re-rating will continue without any company updates whatsoever. The free float is most definitely thinning out and the risk is decreasing at an increasing rate.
